By_Laser Origin, 15 March 2021

It is never too early to start your regular skin care. It could be too late if you wait until you have established age spots, contour creases, or wrinkles.

Ageing is a universal phenomenon over which you have no control. Although you might not be able to turn back the hands of time, you can slow down the process. There is no law that says your skin care must be difficult. On the opposite, there are occasions when keeping it straightforward is preferable.

Here is what you need to do about setting up your skincare routine to stop the NOs! Of skin care.

1. Not following a Skin care routine

Cleaning, toning, and moisturizing your skin on a regular basis will help keep it smooth and supple for as long as possible. Once you have developed this basic routine, you can begin to incorporate spot treatments, boosters, and masks to resolve unique skin issues that arise over time. It’s best to concentrate on the big three when beginning a skincare routine for the first time: cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.

2. The order in which you apply them

Though the items you add or remove from your routine does not matter as much, the order in which you apply them does. Not only does order affect effectiveness, but it can also result in wasted time and, even worse, resources. Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing should be done in this order.

3. “Facial exercises will help me get rid of my wrinkles.”

Due to the constant movement of the facial muscles, these exercises will aggravate existing wrinkles. Unfortunately, there is no way to naturally remove wrinkles once they have formed.” You require effective dermatological treatments, such as Laser ORIGIN.

4. “You will get rid of wrinkles with anti-wrinkle creams”

“Despite the claims on several bottles, research has yet to discover a single ingredient or product capable of slowing or reversing the aging process. 5. “With a little soap and elbow grease, I will get rid of dark spots.”

“Excess pigmentation in the skin can be caused by a variety of causes, but the most common cause of these spots or dark patches is inflammation, which is usually caused by the sun. Attempting to scrub them off will exacerbate the issue. Hyperpigmentation should be handled gently with skin-lightening and -evening ingredients. —Jennifer Linder, MD

6. “Any red spots on my face have to be acne, right?”

Rosacea may resemble acne since both disorders have similar symptoms, such as redness and pimples. Between acne and rosacea, there are three main distinctions: onset age, place, and symptoms. Acne may strike anyone at any age, but it is more common in teenagers; rosacea usually strikes after the age of 30.
