Today we are going to talk about the skin elasticity and how to boost it.
The elastin is a protein that accounts for about 3% of the epidermis. It is responsible of our skin elasticity. However, as we get older, elastin tends to decrease, resulting in a tougher, drier, and saggy skin.
However, there are things you can do to preserve it. A healthy and varied diet including antioxidant food allows the skin to retain a blooming aspect. When it is well hydrated, the skin ultimately appears younger and therefore more elastic.
Massages reduce skin ageing signs and maximizes its elasticity and brightness. In addition, you must remember to do skin treatments and remove your makeup correctly. It is also important to perform exfoliating treatments about once a week in order to preserve the skin.
Last tip: Smile! Smiling stretches the face muscles which keeps the skin toned and elastic.
